A workshop you can actually visit
Most repairs in the city travel. A watch handed over at a counter goes somewhere else, to a bench you never see. Here you hand the watch to the person who will work on it. Customers come to us from Saket, Malviya Nagar, Hauz Khas, Greater Kailash, Tughlakabad, Khanpur and Chhatarpur. They bring the watch in, put it on the desk, and point at the problem. We look at it with you there and describe what we find. That single conversation saves a great deal of guesswork later, and it means nobody is relaying your description of a fault second hand.
What comes across the bench
Over five decades of work has covered most of what a watch can do wrong. Quartz movements that stop, mechanical watches losing minutes a day, vintage pieces that have sat in a drawer for years, luxury brands that need a full service rather than a quick fix. Clocks too: antique restoration, repair and maintenance for pieces already running. The smaller jobs sit alongside the large ones. Battery replacement, a new crystal where the old one is chipped, a strap that has finally given out, dial refinishing, engraving on a case back. Bring one watch or bring four.
Estimate first, then the work
Nothing starts until you have agreed to it. We open the watch, look at what is actually wrong, and give you a free estimate. The cost is quoted upfront, before a single part is ordered. You are also told how long the job is expected to take, so you can decide whether it suits you. If the answer is no, you take the watch home and owe nothing. Being local helps here. You can come back, ask a question in person, and see the piece part way through if you want to.
